I have some other bread recipe also, artisan no-knead bread that you can check here, here and here. Besides those recipes, you can search my other bread recipes for your meal idea for family.

How to:

1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk, let it stand for 5 mnts.

2. In a big bowl, put flour and salt. Mix it through and make a well in the middle. pour milk mixture and start to knead until well blended.

3. Knead in the butter. Keep kneading the dough until really elastic and smooth. Shape the dough into a ball, brush slightly the surface with oil before cover it with towel or plastic wrap. Let it rest for about 1 hour or more until it doubles in volume.

4. Flat the dough to remove air. From this step, you can vary the shape. you can divide into some small ball to make buns or make a loaf like mine.
To make a loaf, put the dough on the work surface (rub your work surface with a small amount of oil).  With your finger's help flatten the dough into a square. Then roll it. Put on your loaf pan and let it rest about 35 mnt. Brush the surface with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seed just before baking.

5. Pre heat your oven at 180 deg C. Bake the loaf about 45 mnt until golden brown on surface and bottom.
Note: in 15th mnt baking time, I cover my loaf with aluminum foil to prevent burning on its surface.

Let the loaf completely cool before unmold and slice it

BAHASA INDONESİA

Roti manis empuk tanpa telur.

Untuk satu loyang ukuran 20 x 7 x 7 cm

Bahan:
  • 400 g tepung serba guna atau protein tinggi
  • 240 ml susu hanga
  • 1 sdt ragi instant
  • 1 sdm (15 gr) gula
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 30 gr mentega
Topping (optional):
  • 1 telur kocok dng 1 sdm susu cair ( atau mentega cair)
  • black sesame or with sesame seeds
Cara membuat:

Setelah dibentuk, diamkan lagi kurleb 35 mnt. Lalu olesi permukaan dengan kocokan telur dan taburi wijen (optional) sebelum dipanggang.

5. Panaskan oven 180 deg C. Bake the loaf about 45 mnt until golden brown on surface and bottom.
Note: setelah saya panggang kurleb 15 mnt, saya tutupi permukaan roti dengan aluminium foil agar tdk terlalu gosong permukaannya.
Sesuaikan waktu dan suhu panggang sesuai kondisi oven masing-masing.

Let the loaf completely cool before unmold and slice it
