- about 1 cup Hot Chili sauce ( I use ABC chili sauce)
- about half cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp honey
- sesame seeds (optional)
Dipping sauce 2
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce *
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- small amount of water
* If using sweet soy sauce, no need to add sugar
Mix and stir all dipping sauce ingredients and cook over low heat until thick.
Ready to use.
Dipping sauce 3 For "Lumpia" ( spring roll) dipping sauce

How to make the sauce:
1) Crushed and puree all ingredients (except water and tapioca), mix with water, and heat over medium heat until it almost boiling.
2) Stir in tapioca solution, stir quickly so as not clotted. Continue to cook until boiling and thickened.
The sauce is ready for use.
Dipping sauce 3 For "Lumpia" ( spring roll) dipping sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 big red pepper. Discard seeds.
- Some cayenne chilies/bird eye chilies (as your taste if you want more hot-spicy can be added more)
- 2 ~ 3 tablespoons shaved palm sugar (or can use 3 tablespoons brown sugar)
- Pinch of salt
- About 2 cups of water
- 2 tsp tapioca, dissolve it with a small amount of water.
