I've never ever thou...What a great idea, Citra! I've never ever thought of frying phyllo pastry this way. It's always some kind of samosas or baked desserts. It looks similar to our local 'murtabak' with a mince meat filling except that has a chewy dough. I like this idea, so much easier when I can get store bought phyllo too!
