Etli Taze fasulye (Green bean with meat)

This is one of daily meal from Turkey that we can find when we visit, stay and experience real Turkish tradition..


Ingredients:


- 300 gr green beans - cut into 5 cm
- Beef / lamb 100 grams - small diced or grated
- 1 medium size onion - finely chopped or grated
- 2 cloves garlic (optional) - finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato - finely chopped
- 1 / 2 tbsp tomato paste - dissolve it with 1/2 cup water
- Pepper and salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp olive oil for sauteing


Easy to make:


Heat olive oil in a pan. saute the meat, cook until done. Add onions and garlic, saute until wilted and fragrant. Then add tomatoes and cook until tomato is wilted.
Put the green beans, tomato paste and salt,pour enough water (approximately one glass of warm water). Cook until bean wilted and cooked. check taste and serve warm.

Bahan-bahan:
- buncis 300 gr - potong 5 cm
- daging sapi / kambing 100 gr - potong dadu kecil-kecil
- 1 bawang bombay ukuran medium - cincang halus atau parut
- 2 siung bawang putih (optional) - cincang halus atau parut
- 1 tomat ukuran medium - cincang halus
- 1/2 sdm pasta tomat - larutkan dengan 1/2 gelas air
- merica bubuk dan garam secukupnya

- 2 sdm minyak zaitun atau minyak sayur untuk menumis

Panaskan minyak zaitun dalam pan. Masukkan daging, masak hingga matang. Tambahkan bawang bombay dan bawang putih, tumis hingga layu dan harum. Lalu masukkan tomat, masak hingga tomat layu.
Masukkan kacang buncis, pasta tomat dan garam, beri air secukupnya untuk ( kira-kira 1 gelas air hangat). Masak hingga buncis layu dan matang. cek rasanya dan sajikan hangat
.
