Izmir Köftesı / Izmir Meatball

Favorite food of all people and all generations here. Including me who have original Indonesia taste :)
As Kebab, Köfte have some variation and sometimes the name was taken from the town where it originated from. For example Adana Köfte, Izmir Köfte, etc. This time I try to make Izmir Köfte ... Want to try as well in your kitchen?

Ingredients:
For Köfte/ meatball:
- 500 gr ground beef
- 3 slices of bread without skin (I use stale bread)
- 1 medium onion. Finely grated
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- A few stick of celerys. Chop the leaves.
- Enough  oil for fry
* Mix all ingredients for Köfte/ meatball (except cooking oil). Round oval shape. Fry in enough oil until cooked . Set aside

For the sauce:
- 1 large size tomato. Grate.
- 1 tbsp tomato paste. Dissolve with 3/4 cup warm water
- A little salt and sugar according to taste.
*Mix all sauce ingredients. Cook with 1 tablespoon butter until cooked (about 5 minutes). Set aside.

Other ingredients:
- 2 medium size potatoes. Cut  "apple shape" / crescent shape.
- 3 long green chilies. Discard the seed. Cut lengthwise
- 3 red sweet pepper. Seeded, cut lengthwise
*Fry potato with enough oil. Absorb remaining oil in a towel tissue

How to cook:
1) Preheat oven to 150 deg C. Prepare a baking sheet or heat resistant dish. Put Köfte, potatoes and all peppers. Sprinkle with tomato sauce.
2) Roasted about 30-40 minutes.
Serve warm.
