Biryani adalah hidangan nasi berbumbu yang berasal dari kalangan Muslim India. Bumbu yang dipakai adalah bumbu kari lalu dicampur dengan beras yang dimasak setegah matang lalu dimasak hingga matang dan beraroma kariyang khas. 
Hidangan ini sangat populer, tidak hanya di India, selain di kalangan diasporanya, makanan ini juga dimasak dan dihidangkan di wilayah lain seperti Irak dan sekitarnya.

Dibuat dengan rempah-rempah khas India, nasi, dan daging (ayam, sapi, domba, udang, atau ikan), dan kadang-kadang, sebagai tambahan, telur dan kentang juga ditambahkan terutama di daerah tertentu. 
Kata 'biryani' berasal dari bahasa Persia, birian, yang berarti 'digoreng sebelum dimasak'. Salah satu hidangan populer yang mendapatkan tempat tersendiri dalam menu masakan Asia Selatan.

What is I am going to share today is one franchise chicken restaurants' popular menu.  This restaurant is famous here in Turkey and has many branches in many cities across Turkey called "Tavuk Dunyası" or in English, you can say Chicken world. 
This restaurant is relatively new, according to some sources, this franchise restaurant was established in 2011, and up to 2020, they already have more than 200 branches across Turkey.

Their menus generally consist of pasta as a carbohydrate--some menus serve fries instead of pasta, chicken-in many variants, and a simple salad. And of course, bread is also served on those menus.

One of people's choice and popular menu from this restaurant is "Kekiklim", or Chicken thyme. Serve with creamy penne pasta and salad.

We order this menu a few times before I decide to copy the taste and make it at home. It is actually amazingly simple dish to make. 
There are three components we should prepare, marinate the chicken, cook the pasta and simplest thing is to prepare the salad.
This is an absolutely perfect dish and your family would love it.

Noodles are a type of food made from unleavened dough which is rolled flat and cut, stretched or extruded, into long strips or strings. Noodles can be refrigerated for short-term storage or dried and stored for future use. Noodles are usually cooked in boiling water, sometimes with cooking oil or salt added

Generally, noodles made from wheat flour and water. Salt is sometimes added, and cornstarch is sprinkled on fresh noodles to keep them from sticking together. Egg noodles or dan mian, occasionally flavored with shrimp and yellowish in color, are popular in southern China.
Other types of noodles made with rice flour (cellophane noodles/ vermicelli) or mung bean flour (glass noodles). Soba noodles made from buckwheat flour, wheat flour, and water.

Setelah sukses percobaan mie dari bayam beberapa hari lalu, kemarin saya dan si kecil bikin mie telor lagi. İyaa... anak saya ini suka banget makan mie, tapi sukanya yang simple dan gak banyak bumbu. Biasanya saya bikin mie goreng kecap plus ayam cincang dan sedikit sayuran. 

Kali ini bereksperimen bikin mie pakai putih telor saja, kebetulan sambil habisin stok putih telor yang lumayan banyak. 

Mie terbuat dari adonan tidak beragi dari tepung gandum kuat dicampur dengan air atau telur dan dibentuk menjadi lembaran atau berbagai bentuk, kemudian dimasak dengan cara direbus atau dipanggang~
