Selam everybody... Merhaba from Türkiye.

Cookies, one of snack I never bore to make and to create for new flavor.  Everyday must be at least a jar full of cookies at our house 🍪

Beside other dessert or meal İ bake cookies at least once in few days. So if you visit my house.. don't worry... you always get any cookies accompany our tea or coffee 🍵

And today İ will share my ultimate melt in your mouth peanut butter spritz cookies. This cookie added on my fave cookies now.

İt's dream cookies for peanut butter lover. You can taste peanut butter so obviously enrich this butter cookies.
İt's melt in your mouth and so so addicted one! 😋 So Yummy!

The Eid el Fitr will come soon... maybe İ would add this cookies on my Eid holiday's cookies list too 😏

Melt in your mouth Peanut butter spritz cookies

Yield: ± 800 gr

Ingredients:
  • 150 gr butter, soft at room temperature
  • 200 gr margarin, soft at room temperature
  • 100 gr icing sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 330 gr smooth peanut butter
  • 330 gr AP flour
  • 20 gr cornstarch
  • 40 gr powdered milk
  • Chocolate chip for topping

How to make:

1) Pre heat oven at 150 (140 fan force). Line baking tray with parchment paper, set aside.

2) Beat butter, margarine, icing sugar and salt at low speed just until creamy and smooth.
Beat in yolk and whole egg, vanilla while whisk at low speed just 2 minutes before adding peanut butter.

3) Continue to whisk just until well combine. Sift in all flour and milk powder, whisk to combine at low speed. Or you can use wooden spoon to mix it well.

4) Move to piping bag with close star nozzle tip then pipe onto prepared baking tray.
Note: try work as fast as you can to avoid batter "melting" due to contact with your hand temperature. 
Or you can divide the dough into 2 part and work one part at a time, rest other part in refrigerator while you work other part. Take out from refrigerator few minute before until it room temperature soft.

5) Add chocolate chip as topping. bake for about 20-25 minutes until slightly golden brown and crispy.
Note: recognize your own oven condition, each one may gives different heat result and baking time.

Let the cookies completely cool before store into air tight cookie jar.

Apa kabar? Alhamdulillah bisa bertemu kembali dengan Ramadhan tahun ini ya... Bahagiaaa sekalii..syukur tak terkira setiap kali usia kita masih bisa bertemu bulan penuh berkah..... Ramadhan karim 😊

Mudah-mudahan senantiasa dikaruniai kesehatan prima untuk menunaikan ibadah puasa dengan lancar, Amin.

Postingan kali ini saya akan bagi resep kue kering terbaru saya yang inshaallah enak dan nagih! 😊 Yaitu kue kering semprit dari selai kacang. Dengan topping coco chip diatasnya.. nambah kelezatan rasa selai kacangnya yang kerasa banget.

Dicoba yukk..siapa tahu bisa jadi nambah koleksi kue kering buat lebaran nanti. 🕌



Resep Semprit Selai Kacang enak banget

Menjadi kurleb 800 gr

Bahan-bahan:
💮 150 gr mentega,lembekkan suhu ruang
💮 200 gr margarin, lembekkan suhu ruang
💮 100 gr gula icing
💮 sejumput garam halus
💮 1 kutel
💮 1 telur utuh
💮 1 sdt vanili
💮 330 gr selai kacang tekstur halus
💮 330 gr terigu prot. sedang
💮 20 gr pati jagung (maizena)
💮 40 gr susu bubuk
💮 Chocolate chip buat topping

1) Panaskan oven suhu 150℃ (140  dng kipas). Siapkan loyang beralaskan kertas baking atau olesi margarin tipis.

2) Kocok mentega, margarin, garam halus dan gula icing kecepatan sedang sampai tercampur saja.

3) Masukkan telur dan kutel bersama vanili dan kocok lagi hingga rata saja. Lalu campurkan selai kacang, lanjutkan mengocok sebentar hingga campur rata.

4) Ayak jadi satu terigu, pati jagung, dan susu bubuk lalu campurkan ke dalam kocokan mentega, aduk pelan dengan mixer kecepatan rendah atau sendok kayu hingga rata.

5) Masukkan ke piping bag dengan tip closed star atau cetakan semprit.
CATATAN: Usahakan mengerjakan cepat agar adonan tdk terlalu lama bersentuhan dengan tangan, nanti adonan leleh dan kue jd keras. 
Bisa juga dibagi 2 dan kerja separuh-separuh. Bagi adonan menjadi 2 lalu kerjakan satu bagian, simpan bagian satunya dalam kulkas. Keluarkan dari kulkas beberapa menit sebelum di sepuit agar adonan lebih lembek.

6) Tambahkan coco chip sebagai topping dan panggang 20-25 mnt sampai renyah.
Catatan: Kenali oven masing2. Tiap kondisi oven menghasilkan panas dan lama memanggang yg berbeda.

Dinginkan sebelum dipindah dalam toples.
