Selam Everybody....Merhaba from Turkey
This chocolate chip cookies is really really become favorite treat during our tea time at home since 1st time I made them. I made them many few batches already start from last week and all of them could not survive more than 1 day ! this is the latest batch I made and survive for the picture and post in my blog d(^,^)b.
Mom, let's try it also at home.. and let's the family
Ingredients:
2 ¾ cups flour
2 tablespoons powdered milk
3 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
250 grams unsalted butter, soften at room temperature.
1 cup caster sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
2 eggs medium size
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp fine salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1) Preheat oven at 160 ⁰C. Sift together flour, milk powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder, set aside.
2) Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time while still beating. Continue to beat for about 5 minutes. Mix in flour mixture and chocolate chips, stirring with a wooden spoon or spatula until completely mixed.
3) Spoon batter by 1 dessert spoon and shape as marble with help of two dessert spoons, put on baking pan with baking paper, give enough space (distance) about three fingers from each other. Bake for 15 ~ 18 minutes. Remove from oven, do not remove them yet because they are still soft and fragile. Allow them cool to room temperature before stored in airtight jars.
Enjoy.
