Salad Ingredients:
- 1 cup thinly sliced cabbage.
- 1 medium carrot. cut into matchsticks or roughly grated.
- 1 medium-size turnips. Cut into matchsticks or roughly shredded .
Mix all dressing ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Tip of teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
How to serve:
- Mix the salad and dressing right before serving.
Served cold.
